Classes

We offer a variety of classes around Southwest Washington, so there may be a class near you! No experience or partner is necessary. Soft-soled shoes and comfortable clothes are recommended.

Vancouver classes are now available two nights of the week, sponsored by Vancouver-Clark Parks and Recreation (P & R). Basic and intermediate classes are held Wednesdays from 7:45 to 9:15 PM at the Marshall Community Center, 1009 E. McLoughlin Blvd, Vancouver; and a basic class in Scottish Country Dancing is also available Friday nights from 7:00 to 8:30 pm in the aerobic dance studio at the new Firstenberg Community Center, 700 NE 136th Ave, Vancouver. Camas classes, sponsored by East County Community Education, are held Monday nights (start April 21 - June 16), from 6:00 to 7:30pm, at the Deborah Messinger Dance Academy (DMDA), 921 4th Street, Suite C, Washougal, WA.
